Dear Polaris Owner,
Our records indicate that you are the owner of an ATV affected by Safety Recall A‑21‑04 that was announced on May 25, 2021.
Polaris has determined the throttle lever on all 2014 to 2021 Phoenix 200 models can break due to the interaction between the throttle lever and speed control bracket. In the event the throttle lever breaks, this interaction could cause the throttle to stick, posing a potential crash hazard. This concern is present on all impacted vehicles and must be remedied even if Safety Recalls A‑18‑06 or A‑20‑01 were previously completed.
If the speed control bracket has been removed, the vehicle is safe to be operated. Polaris is currently evaluating a repair procedure for this concern to allow continued use of the speed control system. A letter will arrive at your address by postal mail that provides more information about this recall and what you should do next.
DO NOT OPERATE YOUR VEHICLE UNTIL THIS SAFETY RECALL HAS BEEN COMPLETED BY YOUR POLARIS DEALER.
